The new Director of the State Forensic Medicine Service
On August 26, 2024 Valdemaras Sviackevičius, who won the public tender announced by the Ministry of Health, starts his work as the Director of the State Forensic Medicine Service. The event of introducing the new Director of the institution was attended by Minister of Health Aurimas Pečkauskas, advisers Edgaras Diržius and Tomas Bagdonas, representatives of the SFMS administration and a large number of SFMS employees. The Minister sincerely thanked former director Dr. Romas Raudys who led the institution for 12 years. He wished the new Director Valdemaras Sviackevičius a successful work in this responsible position of the Head of the forensic medicine institution.
