Head of the SFMS Laboratory Receives Commendation from the Lithuania's Police Commissioner General
On the occasion of Lithuanian Criminal Police Day, the Police Commissioner General of Lithuania, Arūnas Paulauskas, expressed his gratitude to Dr. Giedrius Kisielius, Head of the Forensic Science (Criminalistics) Laboratory of the State Forensic Medicine Service (SFMS), for his significant cooperation with the Lithuanian Police.
On November 7th, Saulius Gagas, Chief of the Forensic Science Service of the Police Department of Lithuania, presented the SFMS expert with the Police Commissioner General’s letter of commendation and a badge.
The commendation for Dr. Giedrius Kisielius was granted in accordance with the provisions of the Procedure for Incentives, Awards, and the Revocation of Awards within the Police System, approved by the order of the Police Commissioner General of Lithuania. This recognition highlights the importance of effective inter-institutional cooperation and Dr. Kisielius’s personal contribution to the success of the Lithuanian Police's activities.
